Origin: a selection of clones introduced into the Czech Republic
Plant description: The variety Fiorella had a semi-erect growth habit, intensive branching, the plant is medium high to high. The leaf is medium green, triangle-shaped. Flowers are dark yellow, narrowly ovate.
Tuber description: The tuber is spindle-shaped, medium long to long, with purple red skin.
Economic use: Fresh harvested tubers contain polysaccharide inulin that during storage is enzymatically broken down to fructose and glucose. For long-term storage of tubers the temperature +5 °C and dark is suitable.
