Plant description: The variety Graciella has a semi-erect growth habit, intensive branching, the plant is medium high. The leaf is light green, heart-shaped with irregularly serrated margins.
Tuber description: The tuber is spindle-shaped, long, with white skin and white flesh.
Economic use: Fresh harvested tubers contain polysaccharide inulin that during storage is enzymatically broken down to fructose and glucose. For long-term storage of tubers the temperature +5 °C and dark is suitable.
